Our Process

How a project comes together, start to finish

A great finish is the result of a disciplined process — not luck. Here is exactly how your project goes from first call to finished, protected, and reinstalled.

Step by step

Six steps to a finish that lasts

01

Request an estimate

Call, email, or send us a few photos and details. We give you a clear, written estimate — no guesswork, no pressure.

02

Plan & schedule

We confirm scope, finish, and color, then book an in-home date that works for you and your project timeline.

03

Prep & repair

Every piece is cleaned, sanded, and repaired — proper preparation is the difference between a finish that lasts and one that fails. Because we work in your home, we mask off the surrounding area and set up a temporary plastic containment wall to control dust and keep the rest of your house clean.

04

Finish application

We spray-apply factory-grade coatings for an even, durable, professional result — cabinet boxes finished in place behind the containment, and doors and drawer fronts finished in our controlled Loveland shop.

05

Quality inspection

Every surface is inspected against our standard — both the in-home work and the doors and drawer fronts finished at the shop. If it is not right, it does not go back on.

06

Completion

When the in-home work is finished, we reinstall all your doors and drawer fronts — or install your new ones if you are refacing — then do a final walkthrough with you to make sure everything looks and works exactly as it should.

Why it works

The finish is only as good as the prep

Most finishes do not fail because of the coating — they fail because of what happened underneath it.

That is why every surface is cleaned, sanded, and repaired before a drop of finish goes on. We work clean in your home — masking off the space and building a temporary containment wall to control dust — and finish your doors and drawer fronts in our controlled Loveland shop, where we manage dust, temperature, and humidity. The result is an even, durable surface that still looks right years from now.
